1. Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your X-HR account and associated personal data, you can submit a request by contacting us at contact@x-hr.co.
Please send the request using the email address associated with your X-HR account and include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject.
For organization administrators:
If you created and manage your organization's X-HR account, you can request deletion of your account and associated organization data.
For employees and organization members:
Your X-HR account is managed by your organization. Please contact your organization's administrator or HR team to request removal of your account or access. You may also contact X-HR Support if you need assistance.
2. What happens to your data?
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where applicable.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the required retention period and will not remain available as an active X-HR account.
