2. How We Use Calendar Data
We use Google Calendar data strictly to provide core calendar functionality, including:
Synchronizing events between X-HR and your external calendar.
Displaying availability for scheduling and appointments.
Preventing scheduling conflicts.
Improving reliability of calendar-based workflows.
Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security

Calendar data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integration settings.
Immediately stop all data syncing upon disconnection.
Revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
Once disconnected, X-HR will no longer access your Google Calendar data.
6. Compliance & Limited Use
X-HR’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access your personal data.
